The Tortoise and Hair™ Pittsburgh 5k run and 2 mile walk is a fundraising event that donates all proceeds to the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF). The NAAF uses the donations to fund research in hopes of new treatment options for alopecia areata patients and, ultimately, to FIND A CURE!
